Welcome to the 17th District of Cook County. The most expansive county board district in Cook County. I am honored to have served the constituents of the 17th District for the past seven years. The 17th District includes all or parts of twelve townships and 33 municipalities.

I am very proud of the many accomplishments I have made while serving the people of the 17th district, inlcuding the repeal of 50% of the Stroger sales tax hike, ethics legislation requiring disclosure of familial relationships with county contractors and the many community based accomplishments we have made over the years.

In addition, I have kept an open line of communication with the constituents of the 17th district through maintaining offices in the north and south ends of the district. We also maintain an office located at the Cook County Building in downtown Chicago.
